• Led the end-to-end design strategy for the Incident Management product suite as sole designer, delivering a new core product (Investigations) to strengthen market competitiveness in EHS and solve critical customer needs.

    Led the design of an OSHA reporting feature tailored for the U.S. market, solving major compliance pain points identified through customer research and capturing 1% of the TAM with this feature is an estimated USD $26m in ARR. Released on schedule for SC NEXT (marketing release) June 2025.

  • Led the design of a payment tracking feature for international payments across CommBiz, NetBank, and the CommBank App, improving transparency for customers. Nominated for an FY24 Q2 team award in recognition of the work.

    Designed the new home screen experience and introduced a next best action messaging framework for the CommBank App 5.0 release (June 2023), enhancing feature discoverability, user engagement and personalisation.

    Conducted ethnographic research for CommBank Diaries; a 12 month research project in collaboration with Macquarie University uncovering customer insights to inform future banking experiences for the youth banking segment (18-35 year old).

  • Redesigned the currency converter for Westpac, St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne 

    Redesigned for the new WestpacIQ website. On schedule for delivery in June 2022. 

    Designed and performed user research for the Savings Habits Onboarding feature in our native mobile banking app, which resulted in a 150% increase in savings goals being created each month.

    Led the "let's talk tech" initiative focusing on group wide technology adoption, education and improving the Group Technology business unit reputation throughout Westpac Group

    Led the training and volunteer management of 20+ volunteers to upgrade 15 Sydney Metro Westpac branches to Windows 10. Including development of communications plans, change collateral, training material and videos. Received 2x SuperTech Awards. 

    Event managed and held 10 "let's talk tech" booths and activations at various locations and events such as Town Halls and the Group Technology 2019 Expo
